Meet Delia

Delia Hines is a licensed REALTOR® for Keller Williams Realty, in South Carolina. With local expertise in Chapin, Irmo, Ballentine, Lexington, Columbia and surrounding midland areas. 

Originally from Long Island NY, she moved South in 2020 to her husbands hometown of Chapin. 

With a career background in Sales and Marketing, coupled with a love for all things home, she knew she wanted to help people achieve their Real Estate Goals 

Delia is a local Chapin resident, having first hand experience living in the area- and with 4 children of various ages ranging from a 15 year old teenager, to a 18 month toddler, she is also a busy local mom.

In her personal time, you can find Delia in her garden, working on various home design projects, spending time with her family and beloved pet rabbits. She loves finding new and unique places, and cooking up something delicious in the kitchen from her Italian-American roots.
